About Ahmed
Ahmed is TeachSDGs Ambassador in Yemen. He is also an InnovationLabSchools Ambassador in Yemen,
Ahmed Al-Qadhi is an EFL master teacher trainer and supervisor at Ministry of Education and British Council, Yemen. In addition, he works as a Principal of Alnahdha Modern Schools, English Section, Sana’a. In 2012, Ahmed participated in the Summer Professional Development Workshop at UMBC, USA and presented his project” Instructional Strategies for Teaching Reading” He is the Executive Director of SYS Organization For Development which is fully dedicated to implementing SDGs in Yemen.
Ahmed has translated The Global Goals Book into Arabic. He has designed and delivered many professional development and Equality in Education projects such as Academic Autonomous Reading which aims at enabling rural female students who are studying in Scientific colleges at Universities of Yemen. Ahmed has attended many educational conferences in Yemen and the USA. Ahmed is preparing a project on Integrating SDGs in the Yemeni Curriculum. @AhmedAlqadhi7
